Our 2022 Impact Report is Here!
This past year has been a year of growth and relief for our agency. We’ve settled into a successful hybrid work culture that has allowed us to serve our families with increased efficiency and efficacy. Our programs have been expanding their services to support young parents and youth in foster care in new ways. We’re so excited about the direction we’re heading together!
In our 2022 Impact Report, you'll read all about these successes and more. You’ll read about a young man with developmental disabilities finding hope and resilience in the face of incredible adversity. You’ll read about three little boys whose father was able to come forward and reunite with them after years of uncertainty in foster care. And you’ll read again and again about our unyielding efforts to help youth and families forge connections and find home despite self-doubt, anxiety, and overwhelming challenges.
You’ll also find statements from each of our programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion in this year’s report. At Bridges Homeward, we greatly value the diversity our staff and clients bring. By understanding the differences and perspectives of all people, we are a stronger agency and best able to fulfill our mission.
