The Shining Stars of March

Each month, employees at CFCS nominate their colleagues for one of the highest honors a CFCS employee can receive: the Shining Star award! Shining Stars are recognized for going above and beyond in their jobs. Nominations are written on slips of paper, put in the official nomination box, and then chosen blindly by the previous month’s winners. We would like to celebrate this month’s Shining Stars, Office Manager Beckey Fischer and Putnam Place Assistant Director Tori Pangia!

Beckey is always so organized, helpful and unflappable in the face of one million questions and challenges!

Tori works hard every day to support the boys with their treatment goals. She has so much responsibility on her plate but always takes time to work one on one with a resident when he needs it!
