Thank You to Our Sponsors, Who Keep Us Going!
Like many other nonprofits, we had to cancel our Gala this year. Our Annual Circle of Friends Gala and Auction is our biggest event of the year, our biggest fundraiser and our best opportunity to celebrate the work of our peerless staff, wonderful individual donors and amazing corporate supporters. We were saddened that our community wasn’t able to gather in the spirit of good cheer this year and honor each other for their invaluable contributions to supporting the most vulnerable families throughout Greater Boston.
What has become clear is that so many CFCS supporters believe in our mission and, notwithstanding the COVID-19 crisis and economic uncertainties, want to ensure that CFCS can continue carrying out that mission. To date, several of our regular corporate sponsors have stepped up this spring and made significant contributions to CFCS!
Today we would like to thank them profusely (and as more sponsors contribute we will extend our thanks to them as well) for their support that allows CFCS to continue to serve our clients at the level of excellence that they deserve and have come to expect.
Thanks most of all to Cambridge Savings Bank, traditionally the lead sponsor of our Gala, not only for continuing its level of support but also for providing a grant of an additional $10,000 for food assistance!
Thank you to Elkus Manfredi, Boston Properties, Brookfield Properties, Divco West, East Cambridge Savings Bank and Harvard University!
Thank you to Redgate Real Estate Advisors, MIT Federal Credit Union and New England Development!
And thank you, our wonderful blog readers, friends, donors and members of the CFCS community!
