My favorite thing to do in this position is provide clinical support and coaching to staff as they help families navigate the challenges in their lives and seek to promote permanent connections with family members and friends.
Do you have a philosophy/motto with which you approach your work?
One of the ways I think about and approach my work is to “Use the gifts I’ve been given to serve others.”
Do you have a goal you want to achieve at Bridges Homeward?
One of my goals working at Bridges Homeward is to continue to grow as an advocate for both clients and staff.
What’s your favorite thing about working with your team?
My favorite thing about my job is getting to work with such an incredible team! I really enjoy team meetings and being a part of the collaboration that happens every day.
