Intensive Foster Care Hosts Awesome Movie Night

Some enjoyed the movie, others enjoyed playing games and running around. No matter what they chose, everyone had a great time!

In September, our Intensive Foster Care program hosted a movie night for our foster families at First Parish Milton in Milton, MA. The siblings of youth in our foster homes were invited so our sibling groups could spend some much-needed quality time together. In fact, three of the five sibling groups we helped send to Sibling Connections Camp were able to attend. Everyone reported that they had a blast!

Thank you to First Parish Milton for graciously donating your space to us! We truly appreciate your support of the youth in our care! We're grateful we can work with our community to provide important opportunities for youth in foster care to have fun! Fun and play are often forgotten about in larger conversations around foster care, but they are crucial to a child's development. Because we strive to provide holistic care and support to youth in foster care, offering these opportunities to the youth in our foster parents' care is so important to our program!
