CFCS Recognized as One of America’s Most Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for Eighth Year

CFCS has been recognized by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption (DTFA) as one of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces of 2021 for the eighth time! We are proud to continue to be part of this list of amazing workplaces who strive to make adoption and foster care a supported option for every working parent.  

For the second year, DTFA also recognized us as an organization that offers paid parental leave to foster parents. As we see in our work in Intensive Foster Care every day, being a foster parent is no small feat. We are proud to support our staff when they make the wonderful decision to welcome a youth in foster care into their home.  

And last but not least, we were ranked fourth best in the country among medium-size companies and third-best in our industry!  

This is the eighth year CFCS has been included in DTFA’s national survey. Our commitment to supporting the children and families of Massachusetts means we’re just as committed to supporting the families of our staff. We invest in our employees, and that includes making sure they have the highest quality of parental support we can offer them.
