CFCS Recognized as One of America’s Most Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for Seventh Year

CFCS has been recognized by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption as one of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces of 2020! We are proud to continue to be part of this list of amazing workplaces who strive to make adoption a supported option for every working parent. CFCS is one of four non-profit organizations on the list, and we happen to be the only family services agency.  

DTFA also recognized us as an organization that offers paid parental leave to foster parents. As we see in our work in Intensive Foster Care every day, being a foster parent is no small feat. We are proud to support our staff when they make the wonderful decision to welcome a youth in foster care into their home. 

This is the seventh year CFCS has been included in this list. Our commitment to supporting the children and families of Massachusetts means we’re just as committed to supporting the families of our staff. We invest in our employees, and that includes making sure they have the highest quality of parental support we can offer them.
