Bridges Homeward Recognized as One of America’s Most Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for Ninth Year

2022 was Bridges Homeward’s ninth year featured on the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s annual list of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces! We are proud to be listed among these amazing organizations. As a family services agency, we know how important it is to make adoption and foster care equally supported options for every working parent.  

This was the third year the Dave Thomas Foundation recognized us as an organization that offers paid parental leave to foster parents. As we see in our work in Intensive Foster Care every day, being a foster parent is no small feat. We are proud to support our staff when they make the wonderful decision to foster a youth.   

We were pleased to be recognized again this year among the organizations offering the best overall adoption benefits in the categories for medium size-organizations (101 to 1,000 employees) and for the nonprofit industry!
