The Shining Stars of February

Each month, employees at CFCS nominate their colleagues for one of the highest honors a CFCS employee can receive: the Shining Star award! Shining Stars are recognized for going above and beyond in their jobs. Nominations are written on slips of paper, put in the official nomination box, and then chosen blindly by the previous month’s winners. We would like to celebrate this month’s Shining Stars, Putnam Place Clinical Case Manager Derek Burton and Teens Learning Choices Milieu Counselor Malene Council!

Derek has been really supportive of staff and residents!

Malene is extremely dedicated to the residents of TLC. She is nurturing and firm at the same time. No matter what else is going on at TLC, Malene is able to show the residents how much she cares!
