Thank you to City on a Hill Church in Brookline for hosting a fantastic Foster Care and Adoption seminar in November! This event was a great opportunity for the public to learn about foster care and adoption from both the professional providers managing foster care and adoption programs, and foster and adoptive parents who have lived or are living through the experience. Our Family Services Intensive Foster Care Resource Coordinator Nicole Purcell represented CFCS at the event. She did a great presentation about Intensive Foster Care and how agencies like ours support and manage families who care for youth in foster care. 

City on a Hill has been a longtime partner of our agency and a great collaborator in our foster parent recruitment efforts. They continue to mobilize their community to support youth in foster care, encouraging their congregants and people all over Greater Boston to become foster or adoptive parents. We’re glad we get to shout them out today, because they deserve it!
