The Shining Stars of June

Each month, employees at CFCS nominate their colleagues for one of the highest honors a CFCS employee can receive: the Shining Star award! Shining Stars are recognized for going above and beyond in their jobs. Nominations are written on slips of paper, put in the official nomination box, and then chosen blindly by the previous month’s winners. We would like to celebrate this month’s Shining Stars, Lead Milieu Counselor Wilbert Handfield and Clinical Case Manager Rachel Revis!

Wilbert is always positive and helpful, respectful to residents and other staff, and is funny and has a good sense of humor despite the difficult work.

Rachel is always willing to go above and beyond what her job entails. She is an expert in working with the boys at Putnam. She always remains calm and speaks firm each time she interacts with them.
