Nanci Lytes Promoted to Director of Family Support & Stabilization

We are pleased to announce that Nanci Lytes has been promoted to Director of Family Support & Stabilization! Nanci steps into this role after serving as the supervisor of our Independent Living program for three years. Nanci started her journey at CFCS over five years ago in the Teens Learning Choices program as a Milieu Counselor. She looks forward to partnering with young parents and families in her new role, and to helping create more safe, nurturing, permanent homes for children. She is excited to join such a passionate and committed team of staff!

Nanci has a BS in Business Management from UMass Boston and an MSW from Salem State University, and she recently received her LCSW. She also happens to have a Culinary Arts Degree from Bunker Hill Community College. In her free time, she loves to cook and spend time being silly with her five- and one-year-old daughters.
