Kaesta Campbell-Smith,
Director of Human Resources

Kaesta started at Bridges Homeward in August of 1996, and worked in several different positions before becoming Human Resources Manager. Before coming to Bridges Homeward, Kaesta worked at a local bank and in the Office of the Mayor of Cambridge. When she started at Bridges Homeward, Kaesta thought she was taking on just another day job. But our mission and the services we provide our clients have kept her at our agency all these years. Kaesta is passionate about helping those who are unable to help themselves.
