Courtney Gomez, LICSW, Chief Program Officer

Courtney has worked at Bridges Homeward since 2010. She has served with our organization in many different capacities, including as a social worker in our Intensive Foster Care and Specialized Home Care programs. In 2013, she left Bridges Homeward for 14 months to work as the Girls Empowerment Program Coordinator at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, a home for abandoned children in Guatemala. Courtney returned from her experience in Latin America with a passion for working with the immigrant population and ensuring that families have the resources they need to be successful. After she returned, Courtney was the Family Support & Stabilization Program Director for 4 ½ years. She grew the program significantly in both size and service delivery, ensuring that our FSS program was best able to meet the needs of the families and community we worked with. Courtney was promoted to Director of Programs in 2019.
